On our way out to Alexander Valley, we stumbled upon the super charming Diavolo. Little did I know I would get hooked. This is one of those great pizza experiences with real homemade sausage. Authentic oak wood burning ovens that grill the pizza crust to perfection. An old world Italian pizza sauce that will rock your world!
Two additional outstanding dishes were the grilled octopus salad and the charcuterie plate. The homemade breadsticks were addicting also.
This authentic Italian gem is well worth the drive.
Guerneville is such a small town, it’s easy to miss it.
I discovered Diavolo by accident.
The aroma of the oak wood burning pizza oven is hypnotizing.
The homemade breadsticks are to die for. I think this might be the best pizza on the planet.
I loved everything, the crust, the sauce, the cheese and the toppings.
Any reason I can think of to make the drive.
