Top women’s authors, international speakers, journalists, and television celebrities from around the U.S. and Hollywood will deliver their talent and expertise to inspire, educate, and empower women of faith at the new ASCEND Conference, taking place on October 19th in Los Angeles.

This year’s theme and focus is “Discover the Power of Fearless Joy!” – the kind of joy that challenges us to triumph in today’s distracted and changing world.  God is calling women of faith to chart new territory and make a powerful difference.  Ultimately, we all want to ascend.  We want our lives to matter.

The ASCEND 2013 Conference embraces this courageous journey and invites women to seize a new vision for their future and to grow in God’s purpose and direction for their lives, discovering how they can break through anything that’s holding them back, and with God’s help, create impact for their family, community, and the world.

The ASCEND Conference will host 800-1000 women (www.AscendConference.org) on October 19, 2013 from 9am to 4pm.  The conference will take place at the historic Bel Air Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles, CA, famous as the church home of President and Nancy Reagan.

ASCEND is a non-denominational event and is being independently produced. The goal of the ASCEND conference is to inspire, enrich, and educate the women of LA to grow in their faith and to do greater things for themselves, their families, and for the Kingdom of God.
