Mandisa – Overcomer (World Premier on Good Morning America)

Overcomer is one of Mandisa’s latest impressive albums that holds close to her heart. Overcomer is an inspirational album about the struggles that she has gone through in her own life.

Mandisa placed ninth on the fifith season of American Idol but later was blessed to sign a deal with Sparrow Records in 2007, releasing her debut album True Beauty.

Her album True Beauty earned her the first of three Grammy Nominations. This year The Hollywood Reporter listed Mandisa in the Top 5 of Idol finalists with the most Billboard No. 1’s.
