On our way out to Alexander Valley, we stumbled upon the super charming Diavola Pizzeria & Salumeria. Little did I know I would get hooked. This is one of those great pizza experiences with real homemade sausage. Authentic oak wood burning ovens that grill the pizza crust to perfection. An old world Italian pizza sauce that will rock your world!
Two additional outstanding dishes were the grilled octopus salad and the charcuterie plate. The homemade breadsticks so fresh and crisp and flavorful, were utterly addicting.
This authentic Italian gem is well worth the drive.
Geyserville is such a small town, it’s easy to miss it.
I discovered Diavolo by accident.

The homemade breadsticks are to die for. I think this might be the best pizza on the planet.
I loved everything, the crust, the sauce, the cheese and the toppings.
