Joe Finn knows the importance of being a good father–mostly because he hasn’t been one to his own son. So when he forms a new baseball league for the kids in his community, he tries to make the players’ fathers commit to come to every practice and game. Will the men make excuses or step up for their children? And will Joe be able to make amends with his own son?
From director Manny Edwards (Come What May) and starring Burgess Jenkins (Remember the Titans) and R. Keith Harris (Big Fish), Hero reminds fathers of the importance of one good man in his children’s lives. Look for this film on DVD September 16.
