Selma – January 9
David Oyelowo portrays Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in his historic march to end hatred and injustice in the darkness of Selma, Alabama. Also starring Tim Roth, Oprah Winfrey, and Tom Wilkinson.
Paddington – January 16
Paddington Bear went looking for a new home and found a family! Hugh Bonneville and Nicole Kidman star in this film based on the classic children’s book series.
Still Alice – January 16
Julianne Moore portrays a college professor struggling with the early onset of Alzheimer’s disease and the adjustments her family has to make. Also starring Alec Baldwin, Kate Bosworth, and Kristen Stewart.
Undivided – January 29
In this upcoming documentary, a suburban church in inner city Portland partners with Roosevelt High and an NFL quarterback to prove that every school matters.
