Shortly after civil rights protester Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. received the Nobel Peace Prize in recognition for his efforts of peaceful protests, a church bombing claimed the lives of four young African American girls.
Now fighting for the right to secure equal voting rights, King meets with president Lyndon B. Johnson to assure African Americans get the right to vote. Upon being dismissed by the president, Martin Luther King Jr. decides to fight for his dream. Setting up a marching protest from Selma to Montgomery, King receives national attention has he marches alongside his supporters.
