Watch the short devotion by Francis Chan! It has garnered over 100,000 views on YouTube, and speaks to a very relevant issue in American culture today.
Read the synopsis below!
Francis Chan opens up revealing how he personally lives by faith. Being “responsible” doesn’t mean storing and saving at all. You are responsible to give everything away and trust God to come through. Matthew 6:33 – “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
Many times, we feel convicted of living lavish lifestyles in the States. Whether we struggle financially or make millions, in comparison to the families and children starving in third world countries, we are well-off. Francis Chan calls Christians to be radically selfless when it comes to money. Give, even when it’s crazy, even when it goes against “financial wisdom”.
Do you trust God with your money? Maybe the better question is this: do you trust God with your future?
