Super easy, rich and packed with a nutty flavor, roasted brussel sprouts are so cute on the plate. David and I love these when they are extra brown and crispy! The super crisp outer leaves make me think of a healthy version of a potato chip!

Pan Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Author:
Recipe type: Side

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Fresh Brussel Sprouts
  • 4 tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil
  • 1½ tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp each, salt & pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450º. Rinse, trim & pat dry brussel sprouts.
  2. In a stainless steel roasting pan toss the them evenly with half the EVOO, salt & pepper. Roast them for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, turn them frequently so they don’t burn. Cook until golden brown and crispy. Serve au natural, or finish them off with a very light coat of EVOO & your favorite Balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper to taste.
