Have you ever sensed God’s love but didn’t know how to respond? Do you wondering how to become a Christian?

God has designed you to have a personal relationship with Him. He knit you together in your mother’s womb and knows everything about you (Psalm 139). The Bible says that you are wonderfully made in God’s image (Genesis 1:27). God loved you before you ever knew about Him. God is good, and your life has an incredible purpose.

In spite of His unconditional love, like every human being, you have chosen to rebel against God. The Bible explains,

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

(Romans 3:23).

” To sin means to miss the mark or fall short of God’s holiness.
The consequence of sin is separation from God.
No one is perfect and every human being needs forgiveness from God.

To repent means to turn from your sin and turn to God

(Acts 3:19).

God offers eternal forgiveness to anyone who would receive His gift. The Bible says, “God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).” Jesus paid the full penalty for our sins when He died on the cross. And He proved His power over death by rising from the grave. You can never earn your way to heaven through good works or any amount of effort (Ephesians 2:8-9). It is 100% what Christ has done for you, and now it is up to you to receive that gift by faith.

Grace simply means an undeserved gift. God desires to be with you forever in heaven and have a close relationship while you are on earth. When you make the decision to follow Jesus and put your trust in Him, all of your sins are forgiven. God welcomes you into His family and you have peace with God. Is anything preventing you from making the decision to ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior?

If you are ready to accept Jesus and follow Him, tell Him through this prayer now:

“Gracious God, thank you for loving me. Please forgive all of my sins God.

Jesus, I want to put my trust in You and receive the gift of eternal life.

Thank you for paying the penalty of my sins, and giving me Your righteousness.

Thank you for accepting me and making me new.

I worship You Jesus, and I thank You for this new relationship with You.

I pray this in Your name Jesus, amen.”

And remember that nothing can separate you now from the love of Christ (Romans 8:38-39). You will be with God in heaven forever because He promised, ” For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).” Enjoy your new relationship with God and bring Him glory.
