When filmmaker Jon Erwin (October Baby, Mom’s Night Out) began working on his new movie Woodlawn he started researching the Jesus Movement from the 1970’s. In the course of his research, he conducted this video interview with Governor Mike Huckabee about his personal experience at Expo 72, which took place at the landmark Cotton Bowl Stadium in Dallas.
When speaking about the Mike Huckabee Interview on Jesus & ‘Woodlawn’, Erwin says “it profoundly moved me and really changed my life, and it became one of the most important scenes of the movie, it became kind of the heart of the movie.”
