We found some beautiful rooms, images, and even desserts that inspired some July 4th decorating.

With the summer heat intensely upon us, it is time to prepare for a little holiday celebrating of our country’s pride and heritage. G&G found some rooms, design items and even a dessert that makes us want to get out and celebrate with a little watermelon, fireworks and decorating!

Nautical accents and crisp blue and white are always summer inspirations.

This comfortable and summery bedroom is perfect for a guest suite in a beach or lake house.  It mixes and matches various red, white, and blue prints for a custom collected feel that is super comfortable and welcoming.

This floor lamp and table lamp from Target is just the right punch of red that you need to add a bit of drama to your living room or bedroom.

This patriotic inspired room is clean and crisp thanks to the white furniture and pops of red and blue.

These gorgeous pillows make decorating in red, white, and blue easy as summer pie.

And for the grand finish, the scrumptious summer red velvet berry cobbler. Get the recipe for this delicious treat here.

Have a Happy 4th of July!!
