Needtobreathe, a popular contemporary Christian band, originated in Seneca, California. The band currently has four members, two of those members being brothers. They’ve come a long way from their humble beginnings performing in front of coffee shops. With multiple Gospel Music Award wins under their collective belt, they also boast a Grammy nomination in 2015 for Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song for their hit song “Multiplied.”
The band’s sixth studio album is entitled Hard Love that features their newest song ‘Happiness.’
Needtobreathe has had its music featured on television shows, movies, and even commercials being showcased in the film P.S. I Love You, on commercials for NASCAR and FOX Sports, as well as TV shows The Hills and Prison Break. While the band started out with a secular label, they’ve maintained their Christian platform and audience, but have fans in the secular world, including Miley Cyrus.
