Here’s the official trailer for the Dunkirk movie!
The movie is based on World War II, and tells the inspiring story of the Normandy invasion is a way that’s never been done before! Dunkirk is directed by the acclaimed director Christopher Nolan, known for his Batman movies, as well as Interstellar and some other films.
Here’s the movie’s synopsis:
In May 1940, Germany advanced into France, trapping Allied troops on the beaches of Dunkirk. Under air and ground cover from British and French forces, troops were slowly and methodically evacuated from the beach using every serviceable naval and civilian vessel that could be found. At the end of this heroic mission, 330,000 French, British, Belgian and Dutch soldiers were safely evacuated.
Dunkirk is a war film, so it is most likely going to have content that may not be suitable for children (and even adults). This is just a caution, as you will have to decide for yourself if the inspiring story is worth the blood, gore, and language.
