Extraordinary is a one-night Fathom Event that comes to theatres September 7th. The journey of ultra-marathoner and college professor David Horton and his wife Nancy is chronicled in this true story. David has paid a high price for his athleticism, facing open-heart surgery and the destruction of his knees. Against Nancy’s wishes, David feels called to one more race: a 2,900 mile across America.
Extraordinary is proudly and incredibly produced by the students in Liberty University’s program. The film stars Kirk Cameron, Lindsley Register (House of Cards), Karen Abercrombie (War Room), Ashley Bratcher (War Room), Chris Ashworth (Deepwater Horizon), Shari Rigby (October Baby) as Nancy, and stand-up comedian Leland Klassen as Dave.
